If someone has problems with Warp Deformation, just have to put a cardboard paper on the table of RepRap, as i have in the photo attached. As we can see that the model didn't lift up of the base, and the same happened with a few more I did. I think that is a nice solution.
I hope that helpssmiling smiley

What type of plastic are you using? What speed are you moving in X and Y? Does it work with larger objects?

I'm using foam board for ABS with moving at 800 mm/min. On larger objects, the plastic becomes unstuck on one end and it begins to warp.

Try making a square object the same size. I thinkk you will find that it will bend the cardboard at the corners.

i'm using ABS at 240ºC or 250ºC with a speed (x-y)1000 mm/min. Well, i had make some other objects (a square object to) and it works fine to.

Strange, I extrude ABS at the same temperature and speed. Any object bigger than about 30 mm width or depth, and more than 5mm thick will warp, even if it is held flat during the build, it will curl after it is released.

Are you saying that does not happen for you?

well, the warp deformation always occurs. because i can´t control the temperature surrouding the object.the cardbord paper helps to control this phenomenon at the beginning of the contruction, avoid the lift up of the partsmiling smiley
