Y endstop not working correctly

So the really short version:

- Running Marlin on RAMPS 1.4.
- The Y axis will move in both directions.
- If the end stop is pressed the Y axis will still move towards the endstop but will not move away. (ie. it thinks the endstop is on the opposite end of the axis)
- Changed the endstop homing direction in Marlin but it still does the same thing?

// Sets direction of endstops when homing; 1=MAX, -1=MIN
#define X_HOME_DIR -1
#define Y_HOME_DIR 1
#define Z_HOME_DIR -1

Am I missing something or is there a bug in Marlin where the Y home direction does not actually change even if the setting is?

Nevermind. Figured it out.

Had to move the endstop connection one set of pins up to the Y+ connectors on the RAMPS board.

Learning so much from this printer.
