Mendel target date

Hi,

I am going to make a Reprap, however, I am wondering if it is worth holding out and for the Mendel model design to be completed. Does anyone know when it will be ready?

Some parts are partly ready on SVN.
There is more coming I think.
No instructions on how to build one yet

If you want to build a Reprap you should build the current model. When the next one will be available you can then upgrade by printing the next design.

Or if your insane like me, when your so close to someone that can print parts out, and just go ahead and do a RepStRap, then when Mendel is in beta, build a Mendel then.
