Just curious, why do you need an equivalent mosfet? there are lots of STP55NF06 on eBay, Mouser, etc. cheap too... [www.ebay.co.uk]

What are you using the MOSFET for? if it's for a DC heated bed (below 60V!) I've used a P30N06LE (60v,30A N-channel) which has worked very well for me.

Cheers,
Tom

Thanks, because my country is Boycott.

I can provide MOSFETS form series 2SK and IRF Such as 2SK2800.

This is data sheet STP55NF06L

Do you confirm this mosfet IRLB8743PBF

The voltage on that one is lower (30v) so that should not be an issue and the amperage / wattage is higher and that's a good thing.

"Best mosfets for driving your heated bed: IRLB3813, IRLB8743, FDP8870, AOT240L, CSD18502KCS. These mosfets will run merely warm with NO heatsink and a load current of 10A. They should be good to over 15A with no heatsink according to the worst-case numbers in their datasheets and is also see also [reprap.org]"

Yup I used IRL8743 there is no heat dissipation there works very fine purchased from RS components

Consider using a car solenoid, a bit clicky in bang bang mode, but cheap and easily available. The coil on a solenoid can be driven with a relativly low current device.

Solenoids are relays are bad for high current, the mechanical connections arc and eventually weld themselves together..

They, as any other part, should be good up to the currents they are rated for. There are commonly used solenoids that can take hundreds of amperes, like the one used in electric starters of car engines.
