Hello! I am first build prusa i3 printer from repramuniverse and I have any questions that are in the pictures.

Why not ask repramuniverse? Unless someone here specifically has that kit I doubt you will get much information useful to the pieces you have.

Can you flip that endstop vertically and make it hit the motor? That is how I do it on my i3.

There are many Prusa i3 variations out there. In your second picture, the fork-like parts at the right of your red arrow are the X and Z endstop holders. They go over the smooth rods.

You can see the X and Z endstop holders in this picture.
