Hi

Does anybody know a UK PLA supplier. OR a US one with reasonable shipping?

So far I have only located a New Zealand supplier.

I've never found any US supplier supplying anything overseas with reasonable shipping...

BfB has PLA in clear, red and blue.

I could not find any PLA either.. even though the BFB site is quite hard to use / find stuff on.

I think if Adrian had found a good cheap source of PLA filament in the UK he would be shouting it from the rooftops, or the blog at least smiling smiley

I would guess he is importing it at the moment.

From what understand, is that PLA isn't normally available in filament form, but it is in granule form, and getting a local plastic weld supplier to turn the granule into filament.
It makes sense to ask him to maybe supply you with some.

Yes but cheaper to import it from NZ, just as it is cheaper to buy ABS from the US.
