RAMPS 1.4 Repetier Firmware + Reptier Host -> resetting printing job on connect

Hi,
Just trying to understand why my RAMPS 1.4 resets on "Connect" (when clicking on the Connect button) on Repetier Host?

I'm running a Repetier Firmware 0.91 and Repetier Host 0.95F with the print running from SD card and external power.
I can disconnect fine without resetting the printing job. The problem is when I try to connect while printing to adjust printer parameters.

Just figured out that its a "Printer Setting" in Repetier host that has reset on connect...

also if you plug in and then unplug the arduino usb there is a chance of reset as well.
