single STL file with all Mendel parts

Does anyone know if the STL file that was used to create this picture:

Picture in the reprap wiki

is actually available for download? I can't seem to find the file anywhere and printing them all in one batch would cut down on the man-hours that I will have to pay for.

As far as I know there no such STL file. But you can use several STLs in one build, at least you can do it on our commercial machine....
