Internal diameter of 22mm copper pipe?

Does anybody know the ID of 22mm copper plumbing pipe please?

I am trying to find a copper pipe with an ID that matches the OD of PTFE rod. 15mm pipe seems to have an ID of 13mm, but I can only get PTFE rod in 15mm or 12mm.

22mm would have an ID of 20mm if it had the same wall thickness as 15mm, but it may well be thicker?

About 20.2 (20.09 - 20.35) a bit tricky to measure as it's it's not exactly a precision component.

I seem to remember from my time as an amateur plumber that different qualities are available and I don't think the stuff I've got is particularly high quality so better quality stuff might be about right.

Blooming eck it's cold in 't garage :-)

Thanks for that. PTFE rod tends to be a bit oversized in my experience to should be a tight fit, which is what I am aiming for.

Pipe differs from tubing because it's categorised by nominal internal bore, accounting for flow capacity. Most countries that have used imperial measurements have had an equivalent of 3/4" nominal bore. 22mm outer diameter is 7/8", which is the usual outer diameter of 3/4" n.b., or 19mm, pipe.
