I've been using the PG35l motor for my extruder and use Wild Bill's design on thingiverse: [
www.thingiverse.com]. The extruder design is great but I can't seem to get my PG35l dialed in. I've found I can manually extrude and retract , but I've also found if I have the extruder acceleration set at 1000 mm/s^2 or above, the motor won't retract. Will still extrude though. I have to lower the acceleration to 500 mm/s^2 to get retraction, but then my prints turn out horrible.Does anyone have any experience with these motors and have had similar issues?
