Does this hot end diameter match my 1.75mm filament?

My J-Head doesn't seem to be working correctly; it takes a lot of force to get the plastic to go through, and all I've managed to get through is maybe 1-2mm. I've looked around for images to confirm I was sent the right J-Head size but haven't been able to find anything that would answer my question. I'm suspicious because the hole in the top of the hot end is a lot bigger than the filament. I'd greatly appreciate it if someone here could take a look at my hot end and filament and tell me whether a size mismatch is a problem.

Do you have a caliper to measure the filament size?

Looks like 1.75mm filament going into a 3mm Jhead.

for 1.75mm the bore should be 2mm if it looks way too big for 1.75mm chances are it's a 3mm hotend

That also looks to be a knock-off J-Head. I would expect problems even with 3mm filament.
