Flat Pack RepStrap

I'm aware of Makerbot, BuildYourOwnCNC, and JonathanWard@MIT's recent machines, but is anyone planning to make a GPL FlatPackRepStrap over here at RepRap.org?

I imagine a user could buy the (metric/english) fastener and vitamins kit, and then take a file to a local CNC router - sign making shop and walk away with a RepStrap.

Rapman is pretty much a flat pack reprap.
