axteeg x3 problems

Greetings i'm having issues with my Azteeg x3 controller. I am getting wrong thermistor values. It was working in the past, and then i went to a 24 volt power supply. I am getting different values from the 3 thermistor inputs 4 volts 2 volts and 1 volt. I think the inputs should all be at 4 volts, thou i may be mistaken. any ideas?

The schematic at [reprap.org] says there should be 5V going into the top of the 4.7K pull-up resistors for each thermistor input. If there is no thermistor attached, the open circuit voltage should be 5V. If the thermistor is in the circuit to ground, then the voltages at the inputs depend on the temperature-sensitive resistances of the thermistors.
