Houston we have filament.

At about 7:15PM local time my cnced darwin extruder pushed out it first 3 inches of HDPE. Nozzle diameter is .55MM, measured diameter of the extruded filament is ~ 1 MM, Nozzle temperature measured with a fluke 87 thermocouple was ~180C. The extruder exerciser was trying for 200C, but didn't quite get there. The nozzle is not insulated and I haven't profiled the heater yet.

The EZ LOK inserts I need to complete my corner brackets arrived today. It promises to be a good weekend.
