Split up multiple objects that are in one STL file

I am printing parts for my Prusa i3, but some of the parts won't fit on the current bed that I have. All the individual parts will, but there are some that are in one STL file. How can I give each object its own STL?

what you using to slice the object,, slic3r will allow you to break a set of parts up ,nettfab may as well but i never used it for that

Right-Click the object, select "Split Object into Parts".
