PETG - why isn't it taking over?

I got some PETG yesterday and have been trying it out. It seems much better than PLA or ABS for a general purpose filament.
No smell.
Minimal warping.
Adheres well to glass without hairspray etc.
No bed fan cooling needed.
Good layer adhesion.
Very strong.

Is there a downside I have yet to discover?

I paid $18 for 1kg plus shipping. My test roll cost $43 including expedited China post shipping to Austria which arrived in 10 days.
Buying 10kg would drop the price to $30/kg including shipping.

Would you mind linking a supplier?

Thanks Mike

I can get it for 35 euros in the Netherlands.

Printing temperature : 215°C - 235°C

It sounds like a good material to try, but it's twice as expensive as PLA so it's not worth it for me to 'try' as I have lots of PLA still. And it's only available in white.

It's more difficult to extrude into filament than ABS or PLA, which is where the price comes into play [learned the same, but more extreme, about PVA].
