Designjet 3D would retail starting at less than €13,000, or just under $17,500

At that price to buy the box, do they need to?

I was worried for a moment, till I saw the starting price. Repraps have nothing to fear from HP for quite some time. But I am glad to see that the concept of a personal, desktop 3D printer is becoming more common.

The cartridge appears to have a hinge on it. I'm assuming its refillable.

Also, this looks exactly like the dimension uprint.

Yeah, it looks like a dimension uprint with a little HP logo on the top.
