Where to buy Reprap 150mm x 150mm Heatbed?

Hi Everyone,

I am designing a Reprap that demands a 150mm x 150mm heat bed. The design, at the moment, has an aluminium bed with a silicone pad or kapton tape heater. Unfortunately, it seems that these two types of heater elements do not come in the size I require and I do not wish to leave the edges without direct heat.

Any ideas? I'm open to alternate solutions (ie. materials etc.) to building the bed/heatbed.

Make your own by the etching from FR4 copper clad glass fiber board. If the pattern is accurately scaled the resistance should remain the same - you will however have to do some checking on the true thickness of the copper on the FR4 that you get as this seems to be a bit variable.
