Mendel90 missing steps

I need to print a new extruder for my Mendel90
Unfortunately during the print it misses steps in the X or Y
I print the model with 100% fill but the printer oscillates heavely during filling in small corners and I think then it will miss steps.
I reduced the printing speed and infill speed from 60 to 50 mm/s
Please help me out what to do

there may be more appropriate topic area here [forums.reprap.org] as it is specific for mendel 90

motors are more likely to skip at higher speeds, as torque drops quickly as pulse rate increases, so also reduce travel feedrate.

What if it isn't a Mendel90 specific problem? :-)

Anyways, reducing acceleration should help. Default ones in Marlin are way too high. And printing at a moderate speed like 30 mm/s avoids getting close to speeds where stepper motors start loosing torque.
