Marlin 1.0.2 boot logo replaced
April 02, 2015 03:34AM
I used Paint to create my own logo
and just replaced the big logo section with mine in DOGMbitmaps.h
needed to uncoment
#define START_BMPHIGH
and respecting the size of 112x38
using "LCD ASSISTANCE" to convert BMP to hex file
set as
Bite orientation = "Horizontal"
size endiannes = "BIG"
save the output into a "filename.txt"
and copy / paste
Of course you would need to modify in the Config.h the
#define STRING_VERSION " show your words here"
and done!

Hope this help you to have a little more of fun!

Ah!
if you want to change the "ready"
go to language section (use Ctrl+alt+right /left to navigate in Arduino IDE to different tabs)
for the "Ready" , obvioudly is English
#define WELCOME_MSG MACHINE_NAME " ready."

show your welcome pics!
Cheers
