Accidentally Reversing polarity for Z motors

I did this accidentally once last week. I immediately turned off the printer and switched it back. Tested it and it worked properly.

What complications can arise from doing this?

Because now when I test with the proper polarity the Z motor is moving reverse....

I tried switching the Driver board and it still does the same..

This morning I tried uploading some new firmware and got a timeout issue..Could this have changed something??

OKK

I freaked out a tad-bit

I had the end stop for the Z connected in the wrong location

Switching polarity on the stepper motors will just get them moving in the opposite direction; you won't cause them any harm.
