Should have posted this in the printing issues forum

Maybe give more info and people might be able to help.

Material?
Temp?
Speed?

Apologizes ,

1. PLA
2. Temp 210
3. Speed 90
4. Bed temp 60
5. layer height 0.3

Strange thing is when printing 25mm test cube , the layer came out perfectly .

Not sure what other info i can give

Lower temp slower speed.. Try small decreases of each...just a thought

Only on one half of the print or uniformly throughout the whole print? Could be the axes are not squared.

I would guess one of the following:
1) Too thin wall thickness. If i'm not wrong it's a single wall print? The layers might not be deposited properly due to small variance in filament thickness or a slightly off extruder step calibration. Try printing with 2 or 3 layer wall thickness
2) Too high layer height. There might be very sharp bends in between the layers for it to be deposited properly. Try a lower layer height
3) Insufficient heating. The layers might cool too much and warp, but least likely if you'd ask me since you're using PLA. It doesn't warp as much as ABS.

"5. layer height 0.3"

What is the nozzle size? If it's a .35 then you can't expect to get a good print at .30, try .25. If the nozzle is a .50 then that number is OK. Also speed may be a factor, depending on your printer more complex shapes will come out better at slower speeds. Try 60 instead of 90.

Hopefully you will post a pic of the success and what you did differently

I think your xy axis is a little bit loose, and using smaller layer heights would also help.
