Hello. I'm pretty new to 3d printing, and I'm stuck. :-\ I got an aworldnet a600 printer ( This one:

More specifically, the motor doesn't turn when I tell it to extrude via software. The X, Y and Z axis motors turn fine. I know the motor is good, and I know the wires are good. I switched the wiring on the board over to the X axis and the motor worked fine. But when it's wired into the extruder section of the board, it never moves. I don't know if this might be a driver issue or maybe a bad board or what. FWIW I'm running on Windows 10. I'd really appreciate any help or direction you might be able to give me, I'm really in uncharted territory here.
