Big problems

A few months ago I bought a i3 Prusa kit from ebay( not a good idea it seems).
The power supply blew up during a print, and took other things along with it. Have just received a pair of new control boards and still my problems are not over.
After reconnecting everything up again, the motors will home ok, but they will not work when using the jog controls, are there any specific changes I need to make in the Marlin firmware.
I have replaced all the motor drivers.

check end stops, if it thinks max endstops are triggered, it wont move anywhere after homing

Ie home, send the printer a m119 command, only the min end stops should be triggered

Also check feed max feed rates, it may be that your just trying to move to fast.

lastly since you replaced the driver you need to set the current limit pots on the drivers.
