What does this mean?

What does this mean?

Hello, I am trying to flash my melzi 2.0 board and I get this message can anyone advise.... Thank You!

#define SDSS 31 // 31 [reprap.org] says 31, schamtic show pin 37 = PA0 which is arduino pin 31!

I have also included a picture of the Arduino IDE

That seem to be indicating that the arduino environment is having trouble with the comment on that line, try just deleting everything on that line after the first // so it just reads:
#define SDSS 31

Ok now I'm totally lost I can not get the Melzi board to load in the Arduino IDE I watched the one videoi found on YouTube but it still will not load in can someone give me some kind of clue? thanks
