IRA3D Poetry Infinity Slicer

I recently acquired a Poetry Infinity 3D printer from IRA3D, they're a young company from Italy. I'm having problems using the slicer they provided, it seems like it is an adaptation of Cura, but when trying to "add a device", only the Poetry2, IRA3D's last previous printer model, is available to choose - not the Infinity. Also, none of the drop-down menus work: the support structure option, default nozzle selection or dual extrusion option are all locked. Has anyone else received a Poetry Infinity who is experiencing the same problems with the software? I am running the software on Mac OSX version 10.9.5.

well if they have not provided a profile for your version just use normal cura und make your own.

Quit using the slicer!

I've used Slic3r, Cura, KISSlicer, Makerware, and even Skeinforge. They all work. Find one that works for you.
