Hi,

im sitting here on a work computer where I cant install sketchup and load the export plug in. Is there any other skp to stl converter that works?

In newer versions of sketchup you don't need to be admin to install plugins, just copy it to
C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUp [n]\SketchUp\Plugins

I cant install sketchup at all. but i figured out that fusion360 can handle skp files as well. but the file is too big for fusion to handle it anyway and the pc crashed while trying. so ill asked for a stl file directly.

but nevertheless it would be good to have a converter like this

I am not sure sketchup can run without install, like copying the whole folder from another machine but that would be the best alternative, maybe a sketchup portable?. As far as online converters I don't know any good for that task :/

i looked as well but none seemed to have it. and then there is also the version difference between the old and the new sketchup files which further complicates working with sketchup
