Printer alive but stubborn taking commands!

Hey guys,

Just got a new Smartrap printer and strange things are happening.

When my printer arrived it did not respond to any commands at repetier host. Yesterday, magically, it started to work and i´ve printed many parts for about 6h of usage.
Today it got stubborn again! I does connect to repetier host, i can even read the right room temperature of extruder, but it wont accept any commands...

Baud rate is right..

Any idea?

I´ve even tested on another PC and same problem!

How to test if there is "comunication" between the logic board the "driver" board? Maybe it is responding but the "driver eletronics" are not working... Does it make any sense?

Make sure you have 12v power going to your board. It sounds obvious, but I've made that mistake a few times.

I got 12v on the board... The Extruder fan is always on when the 12v are fed.

Solved the problem "magically". Gave the board and wires a few finger pokes and it worked.

I hate those intermittent problems!
