When I start printing I would like to move the extruder in the "Y" position about 20mm from the center of the heated bed to the front, how can I do this? I'm using repetier as my host. Thanks

It will be up to you to not use this approach on a print that goes within 20mm of the edge of the bed, but G92 with a Y parameter will set the y position at that time to whatever value you set. You can use that to force an offset just after your home in your start gcode.

You can adjust x and y in Slic3r, Printer Settings, Extruder 1.
