Printing at top of Raft

I'm Using Skeinforge 31 to generate my gcode. It always seems to print the object at the top of the Raft. I've tried several files and they all do this. When It tired to print the Frame vertex the lower fill for the object didn't touch the perimater. It's extremenly consistant so I don't think I'm loosing steps. The 20mm Test box printed fine, the walls are straight so again, I don't think I'm loosing steps.

I tried turning on multiply with 1 row and 1 column to get it centered. It didn't look like that made any difference.

You can check visually very quickly in Skeiniso.
I just tested version 10.11.05 & it centered the object in the raft OK on my settings.

I have skeinforge 31 which still calls this tool Behold. It looks fine when displayed it just prints off.

Can you post a behold view and a photo of the resultant object showing the actual problem. I just noticed first you said it was printing at the top of the raft and later that the fill did not touch the perimeter so I am now not sure what you mean.

Yes I can post some pics. It may be a couple days before I get it done though. As I run more tests and try more options out, it looks more and more like my Y axis is loosing steps. When I put 3 prints of the Vertex side by side, they all have different lengths in the Y direction.

Here is what was happening. The thin walled object was printing in the center ofthe raft but the 20mm box and vertext were not.

After I rebooted the computer I have hooked up to the printer, things started to print right.

After printing several times with my object in the center of my raft, it started printing at the top again. I've rebooted several times and it is still happening. I don't recall if I changed some skeinforge setting that fix it the first time or not.

I'm going to try increasing the size of my raft and see if that helps.

Here is a picture of the SkeinIso output from Skeinforge 35. This shows what is printing but I haven't figured out how to fix it. Apparently, it is my settings not my printer.

I may have this figured out. It appears that the problem is related to the raft size settings. I was playing with the margin size (%) and margin number and must have gotten them out of whack. I set them both to 0.01 (got a divide by zero error otherwise) and then started increasing the percent. It is now printing on the raft. I'm still experimenting with it so I could be off.
