temperature which first and second

is it possible
in order to let it come bed up to temperature (as the initial/ as first)
and that then the extruder comes up to temperature.
Now the LCD simultaneously turns on(The extruder is the first hot)
now with the LCD goes all the heating at the same time.
I think it is better to bed first on temperature,
that thereafter the extruder comes on temperature

Greetings from the Netherlands.

There are two commands to set the temperature. M140 sets the bed temperature then immediately returns control to the host/controller. M190 sets the temperature and waits until the bed reaches that temperature before returning control to host/controller.

If you use the M190 command to set the bed temperature first then use M109 to set the extruder temperature, the bed temperature will be reached before the extruder heater is turned on. Then the extruder will turn on and it will wait until it has reached target temperature before printing will start.

thanks digital_dentist,
the next question you might be surprised.grinning smiley
How do I get the M190 and M109 in the LCD?
(Via Marlin? / Enter at marlin? If so, where in marlin?)
I've only recently connected the LCD,
I have 2 videos viewed how to do it (so I have done it a lot)

and yes software is indeed my worst side!
I'd rather build (fast) a printer

thanks for the reply and the friendly greetings from the Netherlands (Rotterdam)

The slicer that prepares the files for printing should use those commands to set the temperature. Slic3r uses M190 for the bed temperature then uses M104 (I have no idea why) followed by M109 to set extruder temperature. Other slicers should do similar...
