Extruder Help

Are there any ready made extruders on the market at the moment.

Are you talking about the gear mechanism or the hot end or both put together as a package?

I haven't worked with MakerGear at all so I can't comment one way or the other. It might be your best option.

Personally, I bought my Wade's extruder, stepper and hot end from different suppliers and I'm happy with what I have. I'm not all that experienced so I might be missing something but my machine is printing. I'm still tweaking settings to refine the prints. That job may never end, I don't know. If you want, I can provide you with the suppliers I used.
