Issue with connceting repsnapper to printer

Hello,
I am trying to connect the 3d printer prusa mendal i2 by using the repsnapper, it shows me connected but i try to check it doesn't make any movement.
Please reply asap.

I suggest to try with repetier or pronterface. If it doesn't work, the problem might come from your machine.

I also use the pronterface it shows me online but i try to give the movement its show me error 22. I also attached the picture of my 3d printer model. Moreover when i upload the program the led of the ramps stops lightning.

Hi!

I think I found your problem. You need to supply current to your RAMPS board. There are 4 screw terminals that need to be connected to a power supply, usually a 12V PSU.

even I checked the connection of the power supply its ok and shows me 12V.
