How can I configure vastly different dual extruders?

Currently using Repetier Host, slic3r and Marlin. Have one normal FFF/FDM extruder and another very different extruder. Tools offsets and temps are easy enough. I suppose you can't have different layer heights, but is there any way to have different print speeds, extrusion widths, etc. for each head?

Thanks

within the same print? I know people will have a normal print head then a second one, with something weird like a chocolate extruder, and that is easy enough. Just keep two profiles in your preferred slicer.

If you need some help, or don't understand what I just said, feel free to send me a PM anytime

am just doing a little reading on this this morning and too add to DaGame comments on setting up profiles for extruders in the slicer SW, may want to look at
"#define PID_PARAMS_PER_EXTRUDER" for tuning the heaters in vastly different setup

Yes, in the same print. Thanks.
