I would like to request a forum for the growing State College rep rap community. My friend, known to the community as EtherDias, has already built one unit and will be teaching a class I'm involved with at the Pennsylvania State University in State College which will be assembling two more Mendels and a Darwin.

... What I meant is that "RUG" is a misnomer, since everyone is developer, not a user. For example, people like to do development in the RUG forums, which is reprappishly quixotic.

But you should probably join our official technical-but-friendly developer's mailing list

(for all those technical-but-friendly-people out there!)

And use the RUG forum for social stuff, organization, etc.

One of our primary goals for this project is to expand the wiki's documentation so as to make building a reprap easier for others than it was for us.
