Hello!!

Now I am getting really PROBLEMATIC...

Model called in CURA a CUBE 20x20x10 at PLA 205 degrees, For printing its going upto 208 degrees and then coming to 204 degrees then 206 then 205 degrees...

I am really worried now...

Any one can solve problem?

what if change to

#define EXTRUDE_MINTEMP 200

instead of

#define EXTRUDE_MINTEMP 160

Can this be work?

Check the connections of your Thermistor.

Ok reconnect and thats fine now. Thanks for help.

But there is problem.

205 degree model is going upto 207 degrees and then reducing to 205 at HOMING position only and then starts to print.

Please tell in this case.

M303 command. Let it run, with filament down the hotend.

About 10 minutes later, you get the optimum P, I and D values to enter into Marlin source code to hold temperature to within a degree of set FOR THAT PARTICULAR COMBINATION OF CONTROLLER, HOTEND, SENSOR, CARTRIDGE AND COOLING SYSTEM. These can vary between identical models, as electronics are built to within 1% tolerances at best (can be 20% for some resistors). Unless you are using 100% Military or Aerospace specification electronics, which quite frankly excludes 99% of reprap gear.

You go with "stock" values, you aren't going to get that level of temperature control. Mr Controller will try, but will not apply power correctly.

It's a bit like catching a falling raw unbroken egg, on a plate, without breaking it. Technically possible for a human, a lot easier for a robot... providing the robot can control the plate movement correctly and is calibrated properly.
