Has anyone ever tried using airsoft pellets for extrusion or know anyone that has? I'd like suggestions or anything that would help me with this idea!

Check out this Youtube Channel He's done loads of experiments with Pellet Extrusion and I think what you are trying to do would be similar.

Out of the box thinking is easier when you never fitted in the box to begin with. smiling smiley

Not a bad idea as a possible source of material but aren't these more expensive than filament? I'm getting a kilo of abs filament for £8.95. If you buy industrial abs pellets you'll save money.
