It could be the filament is slipping through the drive gear from to low tension. Do you have a chance to tighten the extruder idler gear?

Ya I have tightened the screw of extruder stepper gear. What to do now?

You'll be able to diagnose this a bit easier with a simpler shape, I'd imagine.

Does the repeating problem occur the same distance apart, between when you print a small, and when you print a large object?

it looks to me but ain't no expert layer change retraction so i would try see what your retractions like and also see what its like on different layer starting position settings.

For small models 15 20 15mm... Its coming good but for large models nearly 30 30 70mm..Some cuts are coming at same place....

Can anyone guess whats happening?

Lower your retraction length. I've seen something similar on one of my printers that had to do with the retraction was too high, and upon restart the plastic wasn't flowing when the printer head was moving. It was really bad with areas of a lot of retraction.

Ok thanks for replies.

How to reduce retract length.I have already set retract in CURA and in marlin. What will happen if both are enabled?

For good prints which retract should be enabled? In cura or marlin?
