please, could somebody with installed and activated Designspark PCB look in Megatronics v3.0 schematics and find in Bill of Materials what component is U3? It is SOT-3 component on the bottom of the board. It is probably a BJC Transistor or a MOSFET for powering of the FAN1. I have burnt this component with a short circuit and cannot find out for what to replace it.
Hi obewan, the device chip marking is different but MOSFET with low gate threshold voltage makes sense. I will order it and replace.
