What command are you trying. What type of bed?

But since the error says "Bad extruder number" Im guessing you have the syntax wrong...

In your configuration.h is #define PIDTEMPBED set?
(ie no // in front of it)

does you bed read room temperature when at room temp? (or close enough)

yes extruder and Bed have the same reading

In that case double check the assigned pins for the Bed and Extruder thermistors

I finally got it to work, you have to heat your bed withing 10 degrees of your target temperature then run the pid autotune, then it will work, as long as you have the pid autotune enabled in your marlin code and that other option below it commented out you are good to go, try that and let me know if it worked for you, if you haven't already figured it out.

I don't think I ever had to preheat my bed when autotuning. There is a timeout, so if your bed is very slow heating that might be why it's failing. A better solution might be to set the timeout value to something larger.

You could do M503 to see what it thinks is there.
Otherwise it seems its either a miss configuration or M303 E-1 S90 C8 is not exactly what its getting. Is it getting the "-" as a negative symbol or a dash? Any weird keyboard translation errors ?
