I'm in the process of upgrading my makerbot clone into something that can run marlin. After hooking up all the components and trying to connect to repetier and proterface I get the following error messages.

Anyone know what I should do to troubleshoot this? I've checked in the device manager and the baud rate is the same

Look like baud rate is wrong to me..

standard baud rate for Marlin is 250000, not 115200

Ie the baud rate you set in the firmware, not device manager...
