I don't know how official or not this is, but I found a page asking for votes to select the Open Source Hardware logo.

And a bit of campaigning...
I voted for the Iconographic Microchip logo. I think it is clean and simple and easily recognisable.

I voted for this one as open hardware can include electronics but may also just be design of anything physical -
