Marlin: Busy: Processing

All,
Marlin: 1.1.4
Printer: CR-10 Board: Sangio

Symptoms:
Prints pause. Resulting in craters in my prints plus the added time while stalled. happens all thru out my prints.

Things I have tried. with all the same results pausing.with a simultanious message Busy: Processing

1: New USB cable
2: Print over SD card with USB disabled
3: Disable Host Keep Alive Feature
4: Tried different STL’s

Even on my starting script.
G28 ; home all axes
;G1 Y10 F1500 ; avoid binder clips
G1 Z0.2 F3000 ; get ready to prime
G92 E0 ; reset extrusion distance
G1 X120 E10 F600 ; prime nozzle
G1 X150 F5000 ; quick wipe.

At the end of the wipe. it will most always stall. for say 1-2 seconds.
Then proceed to the print. which will stall again right at the beginning. every time.
then once started? its unknown depending on the print.

Help?
TIA-Sam

what host program do you use, what are your firmware settings? i almost think it is a ram buffering issue on board.

what chipset or version of arduino is on the board?
. from what i read up on that printer it uses an old version of marlin,

the only time i've seen buggy marlin is when there is not enough ram on the board. there are versions of chipsets that have 4k, vs 8k of ram.

does the printer run ok if display and sd support are disabled in firmware build (these use up ram)

if so then look into configuration and reduce buffer size from 8 to 4, or from 4 to 2.
