i have extruder with fan not work
i dont now why maybe the confugiration
i have this version framware

almost shocking ! that you posted the same Q without adding more details. things like board, you sure you wired it right ?
you got as far as installing the correct values in firmware? able to take pics?... where you wire the fan too.

Power the fan from 12v see if it work then.

new the fan are worked but the extruder doesnt work am using D10 it not heating
but when i test them with converter it work
the problem D10 not have power
and when i want to preheat it give to me a message is "Err:MAXTEMP printer halted please reset"
in the info screen it write tempurature are "330/0"

Your thermistor is either shorted or setup incorrectly. It will not allow you to heat till this is fixed. (ie reads room temperature when not heated)
