Users of OLIVETTI Gimax3D S2?

Hi, here at the Don Gnocchi Hospital in Milan we are researching in prototyping assistive devices for people with disabilities as an opensource project.
We needed something larger than our dualcolor RepRapPro and have starting exploring the possibilities of the Gimax3D S2 from Olivetti.
It would be nice to connect to other users to share information. I haven't yet found any discussion groups.

Anyone interested in sharing experiences, tips or experiments ?

I hope you find a support group for Gimax3D Printer, or a 3D Printer that fits your needs with a Support group / Users forum.
Owning a 3D printer and not having a users support group / Users forum for help can underscore owning a 3d Printer, loosing support for this New and ever expanding technology.

If you haven't already. You might try e mailing the company and request information regarding forums or user groups specific to that machine.

Thanks Roberts, tried your suggestions with no luck. You are right about the importance of finding a support group for the olivetti 3d-s2. I expexted that a fairly high priced machine was superior to the cheap printers we have used before (RepRapPro, Prusa etc.).
Since FW and HW is now Closed source (contrary to what the sales description let you believe) it's difficult to optimize design flaws. Olivetti does not support any user group and the documentation is....well.
If anyone have ideas or wants to share their experiences, please write.

Update.
We have been struggling with it for a year now and it has been for a service 'repair' for 3 months (still not returned).
Apparently there is a serious problem with this product.
