G-Code / Script Issues

I want to set my position to the center of the hotbed and offset it to X100 Y100 Z100 E0
That works with G92 X100 Y100 Z0 E0

But sometimes I have to run the homeing function. Can I deactivate that to move manual to my center positions?
I couldn't find any G-Code for this issue.

My second issue is, how can I uses a script if the printing Job is running?
In example -Stop - movements to a safe pos od change the position relative while running.

I suggest you adjust the homing position in firmware so that after homing, X100 Y100 is where you want it. How you do this will depend on what firmware you are running.
