Delrin/Acetal nuts are pretty easy to make: [www.denfordata.com]

You may also be able to find one on Aliexpress.

Can be made with Igus filament, heat formed to get a perfect fit. In use for 2years now.

Igus filament is rather expensive. I wonder if one of their regular bushings could be repurposed by heating under pressure?

Igus filament is worth it. All my linear bearings, lead screw nuts, even some ball bearings, fancy bearings for various profiles, flats to take care of thermal expansion instead of PTFE etc... are made with Igus. No play, no noise. They can be made to be integrated in the parts and fit for minimum play. So they are lighter and smaller.
Can be used on stainless steel (many 3D printers are supplied with SS that won't last with ball bearings) , anodized Al, carbon fiber.

Of course heat can and must be used to match the bearing, nut to the parts. You can't get the proper size and finish out of the 3D printer.

here are the robotdigg ones [www.robotdigg.com]

i ordered these [www.banggood.com] from banggood and they fit the lead screws well with nowhere near the slop of the bronze ones.

Yeah I've seen that style everywhere
My printers are all designed around 20mm type extrusions so I'm limited to a rectangular nut similar to TR8*8 Delrin nut

I got similar ones for Alixpress that are injection molded like these and after waiting nearly 3 weeks the fit is horrible

You could place two of those along a leadscrew, and shift one axially to adjust the slop, they're cheap enough for it.

robotdigg sells a TR8*x2 single start tap, you could try making your own with that.
