Removing Y Limit on 3D Printer in Marlin Firmware

Hi,

I have been tinkering with conveyor belt 3D printers lately.

Because the y-axis is a conveyor belt, it needs to be able to move "infinitely" in either direction.
Is it possible to edit the Marlin firmware to remove the need to home the Y-axis and/or the limit of the Y-axis?

... you can "reset" the Y-value with "G92 Y0", so it will start again at position 0, regardless of the previous position or count ...

What is the biggest Y-length you can set in Marlin?
According to dc42, he can set it to +/-2km on Duet boards.

For some reason, I can't make the bed move past 68 mm.
