Short on Power 12V?

Hello guys,

I have a Ramps 1.4 setup and yesterday I was measuring the voltage that A4988 was giving to the motor because they were not moving and I accidentally shorted the Vmot and GND pins. The Mega is working fine because I tested with the Blink example, and the Ramps kind of too. The only problem is that on the 5A rail the measure of the voltage coming from the supply is around 100mV. Before I shorted things everything worked. I have checked continuity on the two yellow fuses and D1 and D2. And they all have except for D1. If I take D1 apart will it work again?

By the way, I'm planning to buy replacement for the diodes, I know that D1 is 1N4004 but which one is D2? And which real fuses should I install instead of PTC ones as the wiki says?

Third, the MF-R500 (5A) PTC fuse is rated to 30V and the MF-R1100 (11A) PTC fuse is rated to 16V. They will need to be replaced with real fuses.
