I bought the folger tech Prusa 2020 almost 2 years ago and have just not been able to get it going right. It worked for a short time after some friends helped me out with the coding or programming, but then something on the board melted. I replaced the part with something similar I had lying around the house, but now I can't get the thing to "home" correctly. My friend who originally recommended the Prusa 2020 had stated that I built mine differently than his however, he has since dropped off the planet. I apparently am not very tech savvy and could use some "start over from the beginning" help to get this thing to work right. I had checked the wiring configuration against the build guide, when I installed the new pin to the board, but since I'm not really in the know about the programming part, I'm unsure how to get the printer to do what I want it to.
Is there a "For Dummies" type guide that someone can help me with? Or should I just sell it and get a more user friendly printer?
